Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Police has lauded the creative and technical contributions of students from MAAC (Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity) and NOMS for their pivotal role in the successful and safe execution of Mahakumbh 2025, the world’s largest religious congregation.
Focusing on crowd management, emergency evacuation, and safety protocols, the animated safety videos created by students from MAAC’s Lucknow, Kanpur, and Delhi centers, along with NOMS, were instrumental in enhancing the police’s public outreach efforts. These engaging visuals helped effectively disseminate critical safety information to millions of pilgrims and the general public.
Speaking on the initiative, then Director General of Police, Prashant Kumar, said,

“The creativity and technical proficiency of the students significantly strengthened the Uttar Pradesh Police’s public awareness campaign. The safety videos successfully communicated vital precautions in a visually appealing and easily understandable format, reaching a wide audience.”
